What should I do if my part has a defect or is not what I ordered?

If, despite the care we have taken in preparing your order, you have received a part that does not seem to meet Beljoly’s quality standards or that does not correspond to the description of the part when you placed your order, we invite you to contact our Beljoly advisers as soon as possible via our contact form available on our website. Please specify your order number, and send us photos and the reference number of the part concerned, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. Make sure you do not remove the Beljoly label from your part so that it can be returned.
