Any item purchased in a Beljoly boutique, excluding outlets, may be exchanged or credited in Beljoly boutiques operating in the same country as the initial purchase. The credit is nominative and valid for one year in Beljoly’s own stores located in the same country in which the credit was issued. You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Underwear, swimwear and tax-free items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items can only be returned during the same sale period. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all labels, accessories and documents. They must not have been worn or washed and must be in perfect resalable condition in order to be accepted for return by our boutique.
