Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, including the soles of shoes, which must have been tried on a clean surface) and with all their original tags. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in a parcel. Please return the order in its original packaging. It is not possible to return a personalized product.
In the event of a return deemed non-compliant by Beljoly, the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
