I’ve received a faulty part. What should I do?

If you have received a part that does not seem to meet our quality standards (holes, stains, loose threads, etc.), please contact our advisors as soon as possible via our contact form. Please specify your order number, and send us photos and the reference number of the part concerned, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. Please ensure that you do not remove the label from your part in order for it to be accepted for return.
