You have 14 days to return your parcel from the date of receipt of your order, by following the steps below:
- Register your return request – using the following form: initiate a return or, if you have a customer account on beljoly.com, by logging into your customer account. Simply click on ‘return items’ in the relevant order. This link will be available within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your request, along with a pre-paid return label to print out and full instructions for returning your parcel.
- Make sure items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse you.
- Place the parts in their original packaging. You don’t need to add a returns form to your parcel.
- Close your parcel, and affix the pre-paid return label received by e-mail.
- Drop off your parcel at a post office, retailer or letterbox according to the instructions provided by Aramex. We recommend that you check that your parcel is scanned when you drop it off, to ensure that your return can be tracked.
